It would be easy to disregard this small-bodied, mahogany guitar as an instrument built for its sheer good-looks alone, but that would be missing the point... or one of the points anyway... it sounds absolutely fantastic, with a rich, warm voice with plenty of punch. It could do with a bit of playing-in (your job, not mine!) but essentially its staggering build-quality puts it in a different league to so many vintage instruments. A phenomenonally great guitar! We particulary like: - The absence of grain-filler on the seasoned mahogany back and sides, giving the body its spectacular, flecked appearance.
