Ordering Online
Ordering Online with Vintage Guitar.co.uk is safe and secure - we accept all
major credit cards.
All online credit/debit card payments are handled securely by PROTX - unless
you would prefer to pay with a credit card over the phone - in which case, please
call the number above.
If you wish, you may also send us a cheque, but this will delay your order as
we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
European Orders
We regularly ship instruments to many european customers and have just reduced
our shipping prices for insured, UPS delivery to your door.

International Orders
We're happy to ship instruments Worlwide, but ask that all instruments are
prepaid by bank wire/ transfer. Please
contact us for our bank details.
Return / Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with any stock instrument you may return it within 48 hours
in the same condition as it was shipped for full credit, less any carriage charges.
All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
Delivery Information - UK
All guitars are shipped via Business Post Next Day service and are individually
trackable online using a unique consignment number
Small goods are sent either in durable, recycled Business Post 'Bagits' or
by First Class Royal Mail.
Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer
places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication.
Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published
prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be
informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
Complaints
Vintage Guitar.co.uk prides itself on the personal and friendly service that
we offer to our customers.
If we should receive a complaint about any part of this service, by phone,e-mail
or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within a maximum
of 3 working days, but usually within less). It will then be dealt with confidentially
and effectively.
