48 Hour Risk Free Return

Are you worried about buying an expensive instrument by mail order?
Firstly, please feel free to ask questions about our instruments, amplification or other products – our sales staff are extremely experienced and will be happy to offer honest, friendly advice – either giving detail or providing a comparison with other guitars.

If you purchase a guitar via mail order, we offer a risk-free return should there be a problem with the instrument or its suitability – simply return it to us within 48 hours for a full refund of purchase price (less carriage charges).

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Pricing & Availability

All prices displayed include VAT. Prices do not include delivery.

Although we try and keep the website as up-to-date as we can, on occasion products that have been sold may still be advertised as available. Sold products are also often kept on the web site marked as sold to provide an insight into what kind of instruments we deal in and what type of guitar may become available soon.

Errors and omissions are exempt.

Reserving a Guitar

We will reserve instruments on receipt of a 25% deposit and will remove them from sale until paid in full and goods are despatched or collected.

The length of holding time is negotiated on an individual basis, but will not usually exceed 4 weeks.

Cancellation and Returns Procedure

You are free to cancel your order before payment has been taken free of charge.

Any transportation costs for cancelled orders must be paid by the purchaser, except in instances where the goods supplied are faulty, have been supplied in error, or miss-described by the seller.

Goods that have been altered from their original condition in any way cannot be returned.

Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods. Credit/debit card refunds will be processed immediately and normally take 3-5 working days to show on the customer's account.
